1. extract the  version of the CMS plugin.
2. copy the plugin folder into your "nopCommerce\Plugins" directory.
3. login as admin
4. reStart nopCommerce application.
5. go to admin area->configuration->Plugins
6. install the plugins from your admin panel

hi,

I added the plugin to nop plugin directory, still no refection of the plugin on the admin.
is it because we are using nop4.4 version?

It works for nop 3.9. We didn't implement and publish a version for nop 4.4.
